Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse various regular reports regarding the contracts
  • Monitor and involve overall site activities and contract administrations to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, adequacy and effectiveness of services
  • Assist operation managers to manage the daily operations of a portfolio of cleaning services contracts
  • Attend regular meeting with Clients
  • Provide clerical support to the Operations Managers

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Management is preferred
  • Experiences in project management, preferably in environmental service or customers service industry will be an advantage; Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good command of both oral and written Chinese & English
  • Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for system development projects and manage user demand & requirement analysis, solution design & proposal, rollout & post-implementation support
  • Engage and co-ordinate with end-users throughout the project cycle
  • Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Work with system developers to implement the solutions and carry out required testing before production
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis for problem facing
  • Maintain database and support tools; develop and maintain IT related documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in system implementation / project management including requirement analysis, solution design, testing and training
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, such as PowerBI / Power App
  • Experience with on-premises and cloud-based database services (SQL Server / MySQL / MongoDB / JSON)
  • Experience in CRM / Data Analytics is high advantage
  • Experience in HRM / ERP is high advantage
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong business mindset, analytical skill and creative
  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
