Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with applicable health & safety regulations, permits, contractual requirements and company policy;
  • Coordinate with different parties (both internal and external) on the health and safety compliance conduction, inspection investigation, job hazard analysis and audit programs;
  • Provide safety training, carry out inspection, prepare accident investigation & analysis, prepare safety plan, risk assessment report etc.;
  • Participate  safety inspections, audits and meetings with clients;
  • Monitor the site operations are in compliance of local health & safety regulations;
  • Assist the site management to implement and maintain all safety systems and policies;
  • Validate ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 certification;
  • Preparing all the environmental, health and safety procedures/reports; 
  • Facilitate a healthy and safe work environment for all staff and workers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
  • Registered with the Hong Kong Labour Department as Safety Officer
  • 1 year or above of related experience in the factory or construction field;
  • Determined, motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiar with ISO, audits & local safety regulation.
  • Mature and possess good communication skills.
  • Familiar with PC usage, such as Microsoft Office, Powerpoint.
  • Good Chinese and English correspondence writing.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse various regular reports regarding the contracts
  • Monitor and involve overall site activities and contract administrations to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, adequacy and effectiveness of services
  • Assist operation managers to manage the daily operations of a portfolio of cleaning services contracts
  • Attend regular meeting with Clients
  • Provide clerical support to the Operations Managers

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Management is preferred
  • Experiences in project management, preferably in environmental service or customers service industry will be an advantage; Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good command of both oral and written Chinese & English
  • Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll calculation, employee relations, etc
  • Input system data
  • Liaise with operation managers to assist to collect employment document
  • Checking all employment document
