Our service team is comprised of a wide range of professionals, including safety supervisors, confined space work approvers, gondolas work operators, metal scaffolding and support frame installation and demolition workers, caliper operators, special purpose vehicle drivers, lifting platform operators, pest management and controllers,
Besides, we provide on-the-job training for employees (including frontline workers) on a regular basis. Topics cover environmental protection and knowledge about occupational safety so as to maintain staff quality and prevent work-related injuries.
Cleaning equipment primarily used in our daily operations include high pressure washers for deep cleaning, single brush carpet washing machines, electrical floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and dry vacuum cleaners for quick-cleaning hard floors.
In recent years, we have introduced high-tech automation and smart robots to our operations to handle larger surface areas. We are also equipped with the first outdoor cleaning robot in Hong Kong, which helps to improve our staff’s working environment by reducing their time spent working under the sun.
Professional Fleet of Vehicles
By investing resources into different kinds of specialized work vehicles, Johnson Holdings has assembled a large fleet of quality vehicles capable of providing cleaning services customized to clients’ needs. From time to time, we also replace our fleet with the latest and more efficient Euro standard vehicles that emit less pollutants.
Drivers are required to turn off idle engines when possible.
To ensure the safety and performance of our fleet, we regularly inspect, maintain and clean our vehicles as well as replace those vehicles that are no longer meet safety and performance standards. Drivers are also provided with operating manuals and safety guidelines.
We have developed a fleet management system to collectively manage our large fleet of vehicles. The system tracks our vehicles’ whereabouts, plans optimal routes, and deploys vehicles flexibly, thereby allowing us to
optimize our work schedule, utilize our vehicles efficiently, and minimize mobile fuel combustion and exhaust emission levels.
